Danny’s waking up slowly after a pretty good nights sleep in Starship.  He did pretty well considering the light, noise – crying babies – coughing etc…

Not the easiest place in the world to sleep… 🙂

He’s feeling groggy but everything went well.

Should be able to go home in the morning…

Danny’s in surgery now – he went out like a light – hopefully be out in about an hour…

I thought I’d spent more than enough time in hospitals last year, I kinda hoped that we might get a break this year – but it wasn’t to be – Danny had his first ever MRI yesterday, for the little cyst on his knee, and today we are back in Starship, and were going to be here overnight. He’s having an operation tonite to remove an infection -should be simple but it’s scary none the less. Sounds like he’ll also be on a drip most of tomorrow following the operation.

First time either of my little buddies has been under anastetic… For Danny it’s probably going to be the first of two this month – the second one to remove the cyst on his knee. Sometimes the shit comes in small doses, sometimes it comes by the car load, here’s hoping we don’t get any more…
